Our mission is not to just lead you through boot camps or training sessions. We are here to help you change your life. We will guide you through Primal exercises; educate you in a Primal diet and be there to support you. Ultimately this will lead to you having all the tools to be able to manage your own health, fitness and diet.
We understand that you are an individual and that needs differ from client to client. However, here at Primal FTUK we tailor make your experience. This is what makes us stand head and shoulders above the rest.
Unlike a lot of other training companies, we do not simply take your money and leave you to fend for yourselves. We not only provide you with the training, nutritional guidance and lifestyle advice. We support you on every step of your journey, from before you start until the day that you no longer need us.
We also offer remote packages, for people who are not able to come to us. We can come to you! We can offer remote training sessions, remote training plans and personalised Nutrition plans.
A little more about the guy behind all this…Torrian Bowry
Hi I am Torrian I am head coach and the ex fatty behind Primal Fitness Training UK. Please don’t take that comment as some sort of discriminatory remark. I first got fat about age 11. Well that was just a little chubby looking back. But 16stone by 14 and 18stone by 16. Then discovered alcohol and kebabs and that rocketed to 21stone around 18. From there I sat around that kind of weight for most of my life (except an experimental couple of years,but not got time for that now) until I had a devastating moment when i thought my boxers were a t shirt one day and I lost it. 7 days later I started dieting. 6 months later I was down 3 1/2 stone and during that time I had eaten more then ever…but good food. (P.S. I went down the Primal diet route here)
I then used some of what I had learned becoming a gym instructor to train myself (I qualified a couple of years earlier at 19 stone because i felt slim! Well I felt better then 21 that’s for sure) and by the end of the year I was 5 1/2 stone down. A year later and with the help of my PT. Shed the last 1 1/2 stone taking me down to a very well proportioned (or atleast for me) 14stone at 6ft 1in.
So what I am trying to say is that I found a real passion in fitness. I had a well paid London salary office job and quit it all to give myself the time to become a Personal Trainer and help others transform their lives. I did 2 years running the programming and sessions for a successful bootcamp business. From there I qualified as a PT and I have not looked back!
I am a recovering emotional eater. I know how to eat or drink my feelings like the best of them. And I still slip here and there. I am still human. But it’s about how you treat those slip ups that really matter.
I know what it feels like to be lacking in confidence, feeling sick every time you have to go somewhere public because you are uncomfortable in your own skin. Never finding nice clothes to fit you like they are supposed to.
I can sympathise with all of that. But more importantly I understand that someone presenting as overweight and seeking help has already overcome alot to get to that point (it took me 5 1/2 of weight loss personally to feel confident enough to seek help, so honestly so brave!). And that although the problem may on the surface be as simple as…you consume too many calories daily. But I believe most of the time that is just a side effect of a much deeper problem which is deeply ingrained into our mindset. Whether we use food as a control. A comfort. A distraction. They all really boil down to us using food or alcohol or sugar to try and feel better. But the reality of that is an ever accelerating downwards spiral. Ending up with you trying to pull your boxers on as a t shirt(Just me?)…and deciding enough is enough.

I am looking to reintroduce Bootcamps again to be able to reach as many people as possible to change their lives for the better. And just look and more importantly FEEL better.
